Kildehuset is a working place for people who have a prolonged mental suffering. As a member, you help to run the house in an equal cooperation with other members and staff. This ensures you a greater confidence and ability to cope with your own lives. Here's how the use of your resources and help your limitations come into play. Livet in Kildehuset based on a community where one is expected, wanted and needed. We often work in pairs, where a more experienced member trains, supports and assists a less experienced member. Many form lasting friendships, where you can meet outside office hours. Members come of their own desire and motivation and get help and support to set and achieve realistic goals. We have no records, but cooperate with the authorities which you express that you need. There are no meetings for members or employees only. All decisions concerning the house taken jointly at a weekly meeting. Some have a desire to enter the labour market or undergoing a training. In order to achieve this, daily life is organized with a solid structure as an ordinary job. You can train all the basic things needed to come into work.
