Members and staff participate in the house in an equal cooperation with
the use of individual resources.
Kildehuset
works through members' presence and active participation in daily work. With emphasis on the individual's resources - all can contribute something.
Everyone's efforts are therefore needed to so that the Klubhouse runs smoothly
Work in the clubhouse is divided into smaller units.
Each unit includes a daily small unit meeting where the day's work planned.
The daily tasks are visibile on a whiteboard in each unit.
There is an opportunity to work in subs units:
• Kitchen
• Maintenence
•
Office
